the imagery in “i let it slide like a hose on a slippery plastic summer” is 🤌
What did Taylor and Jack put in out of the woods tv because I would like to inject whatever it is directly into my bloodstream
maybe when y’all hear “I guess it’s true that love is all you wanted cause you’re giving it away like it’s extra change / hoping it’ll end up in his pocket but he leaves you out like a penny in the rain / cause it’s not his price to pay” on debut Taylor’s version you will finally realize

I think Is It Over Now? might be the biggest mindfuck of a number one Taylor’s had for me. She literally did no promotion for it. All Too Well had the short film, Cruel Summer had the slow buildup with Eras, this had nothing. She’s barely even mentioned it on its own. It doesn’t feel real

yeah it’s arguably her most organic hit ever. so cool
you guys, i can’t stop thinking about the implications of a re-recorded album being the biggest album debut of taylor’s 17-year-long career, even surpassing midnights… “he’s got my past frozen behind glass, but i’ve got me” indeed.
